Valentine’s Day at Claro is an invitation to indulge where elegance and bold Mediterranean flavours come together in a menu designed, like all Claro menus, to be shared and savoured.

 

For one night only (Saturday, 14 February), our kitchen team created a menu filled entirely with Valentine’s Day specials, celebrating exquisite ingredients and the natural romance of the occasion. Luxurious seafood takes centre stage, from Carlingford oysters and chilli-kissed langoustines bathed in garlic, white wine and butter, to a refined lobster & crab salad with avocado, cherry tomato and silky lobster mayonnaise. Alongside these indulgent plates, dishes such as grilled white asparagus with bacon butter, raspberries and parmesan, or labneh tortellini finished with semi-dried tomatoes, oregano butter and chilli jam, bring warmth and richness to the meal.

 

To begin the evening, guests may choose a glass of sparkling rosé or toast with one of our two Valentine’s cocktails: The Strawberry Kiss which blends Sapling vodka, Aperol, strawberry, lime, and Double Dutch soda for a bright, uplifting start; while Burning Desire offers a deeper flavour with Pensador mezcal, Desdeya tequila, mango mix, lemon and chocolate bitters.

 

So, whether you’re sharing a few plates or lingering over the full menu, we look forward to celebrating Valentine’s Day with you.
