one year celebratory menu inspired by berkshire
To mark our first anniversary, we’re staying true to our ethos and creating a menu that celebrates the very best produce from a single place (or a single ingredient). This time, we’re spotlighting The Royal County of Berkshire.
For one month only (Tuesday, 14 October to Saturday, 15 November), guests can enjoy a series of Berkshire-inspired specials woven throughout our à la carte menu. Highlights include Bower Farm bavette with celeriac purée, green vegetables, demi-glace and pomegranate molasses, the Venison tomahawk from Vicars Game with glazed carrots and oregano béarnaise or bruschetta of Berkshire trout, finished with smoked pear, radish and fresh herb aioli. We’ve also created a cheese plate showcasing artisanal selections from Village Maid Cheese with quince jam and spice crackers to finish your experience.
So, whether you are choosing just the one dish or a few, we are excited to share our latest creations with you.
