Afternoon tea at Claro, every Saturday and Sunday, with East Mediterranean flavours on every tier.
Claro now serves afternoon tea every weekend, on Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm and Sundays from 12pm to 4pm. Served across three tiers, it’s our take on afternoon tea, made for sharing and generous from the first tier to the last, at £48 per person.
The sweet tier pairs date scones and mascarpone cream with chocolate macarons filled with cardamom cream, alongside basbousa with fresh strawberries and a vegan mini date cake. On the savoury side, mini kubaneh comes with labneh and zhoug, and our ever-popular lamb cigars with tahini yoghurt sit next to hamachi bruschetta topped with tabbouleh. There’s a fennel seed scone with taramasalata, and a selection of pitas including sabih with aubergine and amba tahini.
Choose your tea, from English and Earl Grey to herbal and speciality blends. Add a glass of Delamotte Champagne for £20, or make an afternoon of it with our free-flowing Delamotte offering from 12.30pm to 2pm for £65 per person.
